Your whole system is a born healer if you can just gently move out of your own way. Natural healing occurs when we be nothing and therefore gain everything. Hello everyone,

Welcome to this meditation for healing oneself,

Just winding yourself down right now,

Becoming aware of your whole system,

Your mind,

Body and spirit all enclosed into one,

This system is built to heal and evolve naturally,

If you can just move out of your own way,

Everything else will take care of itself for your highest and greatest good,

Trust this,

Now I'm going to count down from 10,

When you hit 0 you will be in the most healing state that is possible for you right now,

10 your awareness is growing,

9 your system is flowing,

8 whatever is here let it be,

7 comfort or discomfort,

Acceptance is key,

6 blowing like the wind not stuck to anything,

5 the healing is growing now,

Whatever comes it's okay that it's there,

3 there's nothing you can do wrong,

2 no objective no goal,

1 here right now nowhere else to be,

0 complete acceptance of everything in this moment,

Complete healing,

When you move out of your own way healing happens naturally,

No need to force it,

There is nothing you need to do right now,

No objective,

Then as this meditation comes to an end,

Know that your whole system is built to heal and grow,

If you can just gently move out of the way,

You are cared for underneath it all,

I really enjoyed this meditation 😌 The countdown aspect is a really great element of the meditation, and the sound of water is very relaxing in the background πŸ˜‡ The reminder that our system is built to heal and grow, if we just step out of our own way, is a lovely way of letting go and having trust in our natural healing process.
