Meet your Teacher

Nathan is a meditation teacher who has suffered with chronic and acute pain over the years. Through extensive meditation and introspection he has allowed his pain to transition from an enemy to a friend. Being a graduate in sports science helped him to learn about the nature of physical pain on a theoretical level. He has learned most of his teachings around pain from a practical level through his meditations and introspections over a decade. He is committed to giving back to others and helping them heal from the suffering of physical pain.
