Hello people,
Welcome to this short guided meditation.
Just gently closing your eyes,
Relaxing the muscles around them.
Relaxing them after a busy day of visual stimulation.
Bringing yourself right down,
Down,
Down.
Now we are just going to review our day.
Ask yourself what you did today.
Asking yourself how you felt the day went,
Whether it was pleasant or unpleasant.
Just going to let go of it all and let it be.
Letting go of any resistance associated with the day.
Whatever the day has brought you,
There are lots of lessons,
Pleasant or unpleasant.
Now gently focusing on our whole bodies.
Ready to have the rest it deserves.
Your feet,
Legs,
Hips,
Upper body,
Neck and head.
All resting,
All vital parts of your body that come together and assist you in all of your daily needs.
Letting everything flow through you now.
Sometimes just allowing permission for your body to rest is all you need and is all it takes.
Staying here for a bit longer in a state of allowing,
You can either decide to open your eyes or leave them closed as this meditation comes to an end.
It's completely up to you.
