Your Inner Compass is always offering guidance—it communicates through subtle signs and signals. Sometimes, these show up as feelings of worry, anxiety, or stress. Rather than dismissing these emotions, see them as meaningful indicators that something needs your attention. When these signs are ignored, the signals often grow louder and more intense, urging you to realign with what’s truly right for you.

Enjoyed this course. So easy to listen to and follow. I can identify with Liz and through not listening to my heart and trying to people please and help everyone I lost sight of who I was and then crashed and burnt out, which has forced me to look within to be authentic. I really enjoyed the distinctions between agitated reasoning and calm reasoning and how the teacher outlined seemingly simple but often overlooked principles about looking within. This is a sensitive approach to decision making I am happy I was able to learn about! 💛

I really appreciated that not every yes has the same value. And I’ve long overlooked my body trying to get my attention; even when I do recognize it, I’ve been “too busy” to give it proper care (put off appts, keep pushing through, )
