Meet your Teacher

Liz Scott is a wellness coach, author and community change worker with a deep passion for helping others thrive. In 2000, she qualified as a counsellor, followed by coaching training in 2004. For many years, Liz dedicated herself to self-improvement, attending numerous courses and reading countless books. She believed that self-confidence required hard work and effort and she collected tools and techniques to share with her clients. In 2013, everything changed when she discovered The Three Principles. This transformative philosophy showed her that she didn't need to constantly "fix" herself. Liz realized that her true nature—her authentic self—was already whole and unbreakable. With this new understanding, she shifted her coaching approach from focusing on tools and techniques to guiding clients toward recognizing the innate power and wisdom that exists within them.

Uncomfortable Feelings Are Your Friend

What if you didn't feel frightened of your feelings? What difference would that make in your life? Today you'll discover that your feelings are not to be feared, they are actually giving you great information. Your feelings are only letting you know if you're experiencing your natural self-confidence or not.

Do you find that you go up and down emotionally? Do you give yourself a hard time about this? Today the invitation is to give yourself a break when you feel unsettled or insecure. As a human being you are designed to have ups and downs. Rather than give yourself a hard time be compassionate with yourself.

This was a really interesting and beneficial course. My biggest takeaway was at the end. The idea that when those negative thoughts come up to just let them be. Most times we hear to embrace them so they can pass, but this really spoke to me. Not to embrace them, but just be. Very profound and helped me a great deal from that
