My takeaway: get moving in alignment with values, starting with for me : health, mindfulness, moderation and harmony 🦜 Thanks [KEY: 5=Insightful, 4=Interesting, 3=Okay, 2=Not For Me, 1=Irritating]

I love this Liz! I do struggle with “imposter syndrome” sometimes, especially finding my way as a meditation teacher. However, every day I teach I feel the love, support and respect of my students and I know I’m on the right path 🤩 Thank you 💖🙏🌼

I looked up this meditation to help me make sense of the 5mn in nature today when Liz reflected on what is the wrong or right way in life. For me this is what came up. There is no wrong way. Going with the flow means realising I am where I'm meant to be, not resisting my reality but finding joy in the journey. Only when my ego gets carried away in habitual thought loops do I feel frustrated, impatient, looking ahead wanting to be somewhere else that I call 'getting on with life '. However, I know I'm on the right path for me and change will show up as opportunity, a new option when I'm ready for it. If it has not showed up yet, I'm not ready for it. So, against the flow is a sign to look within for that peace of mind, where the agited thoughts have settled and I can feel I'm in my flow again. I hope this makes sense. Thank you Liz 🙏🏼

This was a really relevant and uplifting way to shift focus from what was to what is. It is far too easy for me to remember what was done and to forget what was learned from it. This was a good reminder that life has changed as time has moved forward, as much as my own self from those experiences. I am not my past and don’t have to be defined by it in the present. Thank you for sharing this and such solid perspectives. 💛🌻

I agree, I'm sitting outside at the moment watching the sunlight on the gum leaves, making the trees look like they are drapped in gold, our world is beautiful

This course is a great way to understand how we can build stories of another that affect our relationships with them. I found that I have a better way to approach relationships now having completed this course. Thank you Liz.

Thank you for this course. There is so much content to consider. I recognize my way of listening needs a big adjustment. I shall listen again. ❤️🙏🕊️

That is a good example. Learning to distinguish between the mind and the wisdom. Thanks 🙏🏼 Liz 🌟
