Life is uncertain, yet much of our suffering comes from wanting certainty, control, and predictable outcomes. In this course, you’ll learn mindful tools and practices to help you navigate uncertainty with greater calm, flexibility, and trust. Through awareness, non-attachment, faith, and emotional resilience, you’ll begin to shift from fear and reactivity toward openness and inner steadiness, even when life doesn’t go according to plan.
Helen is an accredited coach, EFT practitioner and meditation teacher. In 2006 after attending a meditation workshop she felt a calm like never before. Faith is not about certainty. it’s about trusting that you can meet life as it unfolds. In this module, you’ll explore how to strengthen inner trust, especially during difficult or uncertain times. By reconnecting with your resilience and past experiences, you’ll begin cultivating a steadier sense of confidence and grounding.

Letting Go Of Control
Much of life is beyond our control, including other people, world events, and unexpected change. In this module, you’ll learn how meditation helps create space between emotions and reactions, allowing you to respond more skillfully rather than impulsively. True peace comes not from controlling everything, but from learning how to meet life with awareness.
