Health and healing through meditation. Prioritizing meditation is good for immune system health. Slowing down to listen to your body aids healing and recovery. In this guided meditation we practice whole-body breathing to heal the body and mind. We're coming out of winter now but it’s still the time of the year when our immune systems can be more susceptible to picking up bugs and other illnesses.
