Building The Foundation Of A Meditation Practice

With Helen Pengelly

This is a four-part course - Building the Foundation of a Meditation Practice. This course is intended as a follow-on to Making Meditation a Habit but It can be a stand-alone course in itself. You can do it in your own time - daily, weekly, whatever works for you. The first part is creating a manageable, achievable goal by starting small. The second is finding the time and how to integrate your meditation practice into your daily routine. The third part is basic techniques and postures that support your practice to increase your likelihood of success. The final part looks at meditation practices you can begin with and how to get support.
