She will take you through slowing down to check in with yourself so that you gain more awareness of what and where you feel emotions, how you get to choices about responding (leading yourself wisely) instead of reacting (letting your emotions lead you), what might guide the decisions you make from there, and what it means to take the lead of your emotions. By working in this way, you will find space to choose; empowering yourself to grow and show up in the way that you want to in life.

Beginning with looking at what emotions are, acknowledging the complexity of feeling contrasting emotions and where this might show up, I will then take you into a moment of 'being with' yourself; checking in with compassion.

In this lesson, I invite you to step into curiosity to open up your awareness of your emotional experience - of where and how you hold emotions - so that you create a spacious place where you are more able to acknowledge your choices.

Taking The Lead
Reflecting on what came up for you at the end of the last lesson, and what may have come up in the space between then and now, I offer you some questions, a reflective space, and a reminder of the resources you have within yourself to connect you to the empowering nature of working with your emotions.
