Good morning.

This is a support to help you start your day with intention.

Welcoming it from the place that you're at and reminding yourself that you can do this day.

So whether you're in a place that you really need reminding of that or you have a day ahead that's just gonna be a challenge.

Whether you're really ready for this day and you want an extra boost it doesn't matter which of these places you're coming from this is for you.

So whether you're lying or sitting or standing already just take a moment to enjoy that stillness.

Take a moment to acknowledge yourself here now in this moment alive and present as much as you're able to be right now.

And then moving to a place where your feet are planted on the floor noticing what that feels like and connection between your feet and the earth via whatever materials connect you.

And then pushing down whether that's bringing yourself to standing or claiming even more that space you're standing in.

And from standing imagine your roots going down into the earth increasing that connection grounding you and rooting you.

And then taking an intentional breath in releasing adrenaline to your heart bringing more aliveness in and as you breathe out and the pace that's right for you releasing acetylcholine that brings renewal and balance.

So already with this one intentional breath regulating your system for whatever you meet in this day.

And then the next in breath bringing your hands up through prayer position up to reach as far as you can and as you breathe out opening those arms breathing out again noticing your autonomy in regulating your system bringing your arms right down to your side and your attention back to your roots.

And then again breathing in and bringing your arms up stretching high when you're rooted well we can stretch and we can rise.

And then as you open your arms the edges of your branches touching your boundaries reminding you that your boundaries are yours they're yours to place where you need them to live out how you need to.

And as your arms come down to your sides let your breath go in the rhythm it needs to go in now wherever you're at right now whatever you're stepping into in this day you are here.

So an invitation to set an intention to notice what you need today to check in with what you could gift yourself today and that gift could be anything it could be love it could be action it could be rest it could be grace it could be many things.

And then also an invitation to think about what you need to give yourself permission for today and then as we come to a close here think about taking that first step into the day and how you want to do that.
