Feeling unsure is so natural and we can let that feeling exist as well as coming back to a sense of assuredness within ourselves.

So I invite you to notice where your body is in contact with the floor or the furniture.

Imagine those points rooting you and then from that source,

Taking a deep breath in,

Rolling your shoulders up and back and opening your heart.

Breathing out and come back to what you do know.

Remember what you do know about yourself and all your abundance of inner resource.

Notice what you do know about the situation that you're unsure about.

Not what your brain might be making up about it but what you do know,

The facts.

And again connecting in with your knowing about yourself and your trust that you will find a way.

I invite you to place your hand on your heart.

Whatever you are unsure about,

You've got this.

Just take one step at a time.
