Hi everyone,

Megan here from Libra Living Wellness Limited for the 17th video of Libra Living Liberations.

Um I haven't done one in a little while.

It's been a little bit crazy of a time,

But.

.

.

I had four ideas pop up for these,

So I wrote them down.

So I think I'm set for a little while.

And today I want to talk about the power within.

Now,

I believe I wrote this down at the beginning of this week and I was like,

Okay,

What did I want to talk about with about the power within?

So I was trying to reflect on it before I started recording.

And I think what I wanted to talk about was.

.

.

Little story.

Monday,

I was kind of dreading Monday.

I know we all kind of sometimes experience the Monday blues.

And I had a really hard time getting started.

I was just like,

Okay,

I have all this huge list of things I want to accomplish today,

But I had no motivation.

I literally just wanted to crawl back into bed,

Go back to sleep.

And wait for the evening to come.

So.

I don't know.

What happened,

I think a shift happened within me and instead of thinking,

Oh,

I have to do this.

I have to do this.

I don't want to do this.

I don't want to do this.

I thought of how good is it going to actually feel when I do accomplish all these things?

I can do this,

I can get them done if I start going.

Um and doing stuff,

Then.

.

.

That motivation will follow and I'll start and I might have talked about something like this on my previous video but So.

.

.

In regards to that,

It's just harnessing that power that we have within us to get through the day,

To get through the tasks that we have at hand,

Because we all have that power.

Really tap into it.

Sometimes it's difficult and it's hard and some days it's hard to even go there,

And that's okay.

We need those days just to kind of,

Okay,

I'm just going chill today and do nothing.

But we all have that power within to overcome to again just simply getting through those days where it's a little bit more challenging but we have to learn how to pause and tap into that power that we do have because we all have it.

Um,

And it's not to say like,

You know,

I got through that day and by the end of that day I was like,

Oh my gosh,

I got everything done and it felt amazing and I felt so proud of myself for pushing myself.

Through and really just like saying,

Okay,

I can do this.

I'm going to start working and I'm going to get everything that I want to get accomplished done.

And so.

Yeah,

I kind of had that mentality I think the rest of the week and I've gotten things done that I'm like,

Sometimes where I procrastinate like,

Oh,

I just.

Well,

I can do this tomorrow.

I'm like,

No,

Get yourself done because it's going to feel amazing.

And tomorrow you don't have to do it.

So.

.

.

That's what I hope for everyone that you tap into the power that you have within to push through to have motivation just to get through the day and get through the tasks that you have for that day and I wish you the best and until next time.
