Let's begin.
Get comfortable,
Whether you are seated in a chair or laying on the ground.
Whatever feels best for you in this moment right now.
And I invite you to close your eyes and take a nice deep breath in and let it out.
And another big deep breath in and let it out.
And one more big deep breath in and let it out.
And bring your attention to your feet on the ground.
Noticing the earth below you that's supporting you as it grounds you and centers you.
And just notice your feet as we begin to scan up the body,
Up into the legs.
And if you notice any feelings or tinglings or any sort of sensations that distract you or take up your attention,
Just allow them and then release them into the atmosphere with each breath.
And scan up through the legs,
Into your seat,
Continuing up into your torso,
Relaxing your lower back and your stomach and breathe.
And as you continue up into your upper back and into your chest,
Also bring your attention to your fingertips as you scan up through your forearms,
Relaxing your elbows,
Easing your upper arms all the way up into your shoulders as you relax and release.
And breathe.
Loosen your throat,
Ease your jaw and connect into that wide open empty space behind your eyes.
And if there are any thoughts that continue to pop up in that space,
Just allow and release them into the atmosphere.
And breathe.
And as you scan up into the top of your head,
Allowing any remaining energy to dissipate into the air,
Recognize this core space that only you occupy in this moment right now that's all your own,
Peaceful and easy.
And this meditation is about forgiveness.
So I invite you to allow whatever it is that comes to your attention,
Any discomfort,
Whether it be anger,
Frustration,
Resentment,
Even hatred,
Whatever the situation is,
And to whomever it's directed to,
Whether it be to friends,
Family,
Co-workers,
Animals,
Or even yourself.
As you continue to breathe,
Just bring whatever the situation is into your consciousness without dwelling or focusing too much on the details.
And imagine the situation in front of you as a bright golden light from above,
High from the universe,
Shines down on the situation to really lighten it up and to reveal every aspect that has been within the shadows.
And breathe.
And now I invite you to imagine a beautiful pink bubble that is in front of you.
And as you continue to inhale and exhale,
Imagine placing the situation that requires your forgiveness inside this pink bubble that continues to float in front of you.
And from this space,
I now invite you to connect in with your heart center and feel beautiful love and a gorgeous pink glowing light within your heart center.
So much love,
So much peace,
And so much joy.
And breathe.
Now from your heart center in this beautiful glowing pink light,
Imagine that you are sending this light to the pink bubble that's in front of you that encapsulates whatever it is that you would like to forgive.
And send that energy,
Send that love to the situation.
And if you feel any resistance or any doubt about this process,
Just let that doubt go.
Don't overthink it.
Move your energy from your mind and your thinking down to your heart center where it's only love,
Peace,
And joy as you send this energy through a beam of beautiful pink light to the pink bubble in front of you.
And breathe.
And just for a few moments,
We're going to allow this beautiful energy to flow toward the bubble,
Healing the situation with love and forgiveness.
Again without overthinking or worrying,
Just allowing this instinctual energetic healing process to occur,
Putting our ego aside,
Allowing the love to flow.
And now when you're ready,
Slowly dissipate the energy of love from your heart.
Allow it to gently disconnect from the bubble.
And as you continue to breathe,
Imagine this bubble floating away up into the atmosphere.
And as it floats away,
If you're noticing any remaining cords of attachment connecting you to this bubble where you feel like you're still anchoring it,
Just imagine that you're cutting these cords,
Whether it be with your hands or with a glowing pair of magical scissors.
It could even be an angelic sword or even a sacred lightsaber.
Disconnect any remaining cords to the bubble and see it float away up into the universe,
Or the universe will know what to do with it.
And breathe.
Imagine from this space where you are free of any pain,
Discomfort,
Anger,
Or resentment.
Imagine a golden white light above shining down through the top of your head,
Beaming through your body,
Through your heart,
Down through your core,
Passing through your root,
All the way into the ground,
To the corner of the earth,
Grounding you,
And centering you,
With grace and a beautiful freedom,
With the essence of forgiveness.
And breathe.
You have now released whatever it is that was weighing you down.
You have forgiven.
You now are in a beautiful space of love,
Of calmness,
Of joy,
And of freedom,
Allowing this energy to permeate through all of yourselves as you continue forward on your journey,
Feeling lighter and happier,
Knowing that you have forgiven,
And your innermost self is free.
And as you continue to breathe,
Slowly begin to feel your feet,
Loosen your knees,
Shift your hips,
Loosen your hands,
Relax your elbows,
Ease your shoulders,
Loosen your jaw,
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes and come back to your space.
And so it is.
