I think you'll appreciate her suggestion to let her daily talks be like a caring friend who checks in with you, rather than breeze through the 10 sessions in a few hours (yes, I confess to have done this in other courses). This is all in keeping with the objective of experiencing and observing the state of being still, letting whatever arises in our emotions and thoughts flow through us.
