The Foundation Of Daily Meditation Practice

With Silas Day

Over the course of ten (10) lessons, you will get an in-depth look at the basics of how to establish a consistent meditation practice. Each day takes a simple piece of advice and expands upon it to the extent necessary to be able to understand both the "how" and "why" you are doing it in this particular way.

Meet your Teacher

Silas Day is an up and coming voice in the emerging discussion between the 2,500 year old tradition of Buddhism and modern day life. Silas has been engaged in the obsessive study and practice of Buddhism and meditation for the past twelve years and has been teaching for the past six. Silas has practiced not only with a single type or kind of Buddhism but has practiced and studied under some of the foremost masters of these schools to help provide a more generalized and unique understanding to the question of the mind, consciousness, and how we can become the best version of ourselves.

A lovely introduction to meditation for any one new to the practice. But also ideal for experienced meditators who want a return to basics. I've been meditating regularly for a few years now and love Silas courses. This one gave me a deeper understanding of why the basics matter. Thank you.
