I do not relate.
I have never felt like resisting meditation, and for that reason, I respectfully make he following suggestions,
I would be consistent with the use of first person singular pronouns, I, my and mine. You are primarily communicating your personal experience with resistance Your lesson here is primarily your experience.
Alternatively, you may want to consider being consistent by using first person plural pronouns we, our, ours. This would capture your experience and the experiences of your audience members who also have issues with resistance to meditation.
I would eliminate the third person pronouns you and yours. I believe that would make the message more consistent and understandable.
