I appreciate these teachings. I didn't see how to get to the course classroom. I will listen through, again. I feel so overwhelmed with myself, that I know that I did not absorb nearly enough to begin to quiet my inner critic. I was raised in the 50's and 60's. I'm 78 years old. Nothing that I did was good enough, correct enough. There was always just a little tweak to make it better. "Just do your best," was the cheer. I was not put down in words. However, my best was excellent, and the effort to achieve felt as though I were constantly climbing Mt. Everest. I graduated Summa Cum Laud from university, and I picked up the baton of "How can I make... better?" I'm so tired. Thank you, for your course. I shall look for more. Sharron
