Thank you so much for this wonderful course. Thinking through different phases of relationships as a "because" or "despite" practice was extremely helpful.

Such an interesting way to gain perspective and insight into my relationships! One of 38+ years that started out as intensely rewarding spiritually and physically that had become quite challenging once the outside distractions had fallen away (work and raising kids). I was was struggling and recognizing that my primary relationship that had begun with strong spiritual awareness had become my biggest spiritual challenge. Then our child who had been our challenging one came back to live with us temporarily. His presence has been healing for us all. 🙏🏼🥰

A very clear teaching on how life itself becomes the yoga practice. With intention to clear karmic patterns and disciplined practice we can use the yoga to really lean into those aspects that are uncomfortable and challenging, particularly in relationships, and especially within the relationship we have with ourself. I love the reminder to find the middle path, so it doesn't become too overwhelming. Thank you! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

The insights here are so profound. You’ve given me a slightly new and different perspective through which to grow and heal. I am excited to practice noticing if I am at that razor’s edge or over it, and then practice at the edge. I will repeat this class. Thank you.😊

Clear, concise and warmly delivered. Thank you for this explanation of dormant karma, Yoga Nidra, the burning away of illusions and practicing asanas both on and off the mat in our relationships and how, as Patanjali said “practice is effort toward steadiness of mind.” And your emphasis on safety and working within your edge reminded me of the Window of Tolerance which is a framework that I use in my work with people. Thank you!

I wish I had understood these concepts years ago. Especially the statement that practice is the effort towards steadying the mind.
