Rianna is a multi-passionate serial entrepreneur living a nomadic life for the past 13 years. As a wilderness guide and nature-based coach she supports involuntarily childless women who’ve lost their sense of purpose to redesign their plan A, so that they can be their own inner guides to fulfillment and happiness. Your donations will contribute to female empowerment projects run by CWEC in Lamjung, Nepal.

I had high hopes that this course would help with mindful walking. While the instruction portion helpful, I found the practice portion music selections distracting, not calming. Each session started out with birds singing, but when moving into practice the background music switched to jazz and other selections. I ended up turning the sound off and listening to the wind and birds around me while walking instead.
