I found this course inciteful & thought provoking And in summary triggered a long overdue re-set . I enjoyed the structure of this course and key elements to focus on in managing negative people. It also gave me insights into my own behaviours, which I can now begin to change. Such as ‘be the light’, or help the person feel their feelings so they can organically move to a better feeling state (rather than the unhelpful statement of “calm down” to a person feeling angry). I love the question “why am I so lucky?” to pose to myself every day as I’ve never put my focus on this aspect of feeling gratitude before. To actively look 👀 for areas where I am lucky, those things that happen for me as a reflection of the positive feedback loop I’ve created because of what I’ve chosen to focus my attention on, and thus received the gifts as a consequence, without effort on my part. I see lucky as a mix of my conscious attention and focus, and the elements of Life/Universe/God working in my favour, the elements over which I have no control but surrender to, trusting that God has my back and even though I may not know what’s round the corner, most of it is good. Thank you for this short and effective course. 🌺🌹🌼
