Meet your Teacher

Clare Downham is no stranger to seeking. She began, like many, by seeking her wellbeing in her external circumstances which led to burnout. After that she engaged with endless self-help in an attempt to control her internal experience. When Clare experienced a huge transformation and was finally able to stop this seeking in early 2020, she committed to help other people see what she had seen and help to end human suffering. Clare now helps people who have tried everything, to get off the self-help hamster wheel and finally live a life powered by calm rather than stress, anxiety and overwhelm.

In this lesson we begin to let go of the idea that emotions are a problem that we must solve and move towards seeing our emotions as a gift of powerful inner guidance instead.
