Lezione 1
Attuning To The Three Gates Of The Buddha's Triangle
The still heart reflects the world without distortion.
When the breath is known, the moment is known.
True compassion begins with balance.
These three Gates are the points of passage of the Buddha's Triangle.
Lezione 2
Opening The Three Gates Of The Buddha's Triangle
Now, we open each of the Gates through the layers of the physical and subtle bodies. The triangle is formed by:
Heart 7 - at the wrist crease, on the little-finger side; Lung 9 - at the wrist crease, on the thumb side; Pericardium 6 - on the inner forearm, three finger-widths from the wrist. Together, these points form a living triangle that harmonizes breath, heart, and inner balance.
