The Pericardium Meridian is the Gaatekeeper of the Heart, both physically and metaphysically. Ensuring this pathway of current is balanced is vital to the wellbeing of the heart meridian and one's emotions. If you would like to move forward in life without old wounds holding you back, if you would benefit from having emotional resilience as well as being able to connect with others and one's self, then you are invited to join me in this 3 lesson course.
Kinesiologist Helen Hansen has been in the mind-body practice for more than 20 years. In this time she has assisted thousands of individuals, either in sessions or workshops or courses, to move forward in their lives free of emotional baggage. Helen's approach is education based, empowering individuals with tools to support themselves in all areas of life.

Lezione 1
Understanding The Pericardium Meridian
Understanding the various indicators of the pericardium meridian helps one to feel into the emotional and spiritual depth of this system. In this lesson we look at various aspects and support options for nourishing the pericardium.
Lezione 2
Treating The Pericardium Meridian
Now it's time to treat the energy points and zones for the Pericardium system. We will be working with Pericardium point 6 and 7 as well as the neuro-emotional point along this meridian. We close with a related neuro-vascular technique.
Lezione 3
Meditation
Please give yourself the opportunity to experience this meditation in quiet, without disruption. Prepare your space with whatever you need to relax. Have some water on hand and a notepad and pen if you wish to journal after.

Just what I needed. I wanted to take care of my heart and some feelings that previously came up. I really liked the form of this course starting with the facts around the pericardium meridian, followed by acupressure points and then the really lovely meditation at the end. Thank you!
