Good morning and welcome to this moment of stillness before your day begins.

As you lie in bed or sit comfortably take a deep breath in and slowly exhale,

Let yourself arrive fully in this new day.

Our quote for today is by Eleanor Roosevelt.

With the new day comes new strength and new thoughts.

Each morning is a blank canvas,

An opportunity to start anew.

Whatever happened yesterday is now behind you.

The only moment that matters is this one,

Right here,

Right now.

As you breathe in imagine yourself filling up with fresh energy,

A clean slate.

And as you breathe out release any tension,

Any lingering thoughts of yesterday.

Let's take three deep breaths together.

Inhale feel the air refreshing your body.

Exhale let go of anything heavy.

Inhale embrace possibility.

Exhale soften into ease.

And one more time breathe in deeply and release.

Now gently bring to mind something you are grateful for today.

Could be the warmth of your bed,

The sound of the birds outside,

Or simply the gift of a new beginning.

Hold that feeling in your heart,

Letting gratitude be the foundation of your day.

Let's recite our affirmations to integrate these thoughts into our day.
