This is very powerful and a great reminder. I make sure to do meditation daily & journal every night. Earthing is my daily walk, but there are days due to weather, when I canโ€™t do this and I feel really off. Itโ€™s so true that getting out in nature makes for a better day for me. Thank you.

Wonderful Fabs!! I Awoke this morning thinking what do I need in my life thatโ€™s missing? I was actually thinking about how I had not journaled in a while, so I am going to start journaling in the mornings when I wake up and then move into my meditation and I will also try grounding. Thank you โ˜บ๏ธ Iโ€™ve already adopted mindful meditation as a daily practice and Iโ€™m an avid hiker and nature appreciator. Journaling would be a new addition for me, Iโ€™m definitely going to give it a try, might make it into a 30-day-challenge to touch its effect on me.
