In this 5-day course to raise your self-worth you will learn what it means to feel worthy and self-secured, why we lack self-worth in the first place, and discover the tools you need to integrate these teachings beyond the classroom. We will journey through what is taking shape in the your internal world, for example: your self-talk, your core beliefs and your deepest needs. Once we have reconnected with the parts of you that may have once been abandoned you will be guided to advocate for yourself, and to feel complete regardless of what painful wounds you still need to tend to.
