I'm sure you know,

And I'm sure I'm just stating the obvious when I say that it's good and healthy to keep positive and enjoy being in a good mood.

And I'm sure you know that it's good and healthy to reduce stress,

At least enough to sleep deeply and peacefully at night.

The real question is,

How do you get more of this?

How can you delve deeper and instantly learn on a subconscious level to enjoy more of this,

Naturally?

It might be fun to keep wondering about this.

It might be even more fun to close your eyes and relax as I count down from 5 to 1.

As 5,

Adjust yourself physically so that you can remain safely and comfortably relaxed and completely focused for the next few moments,

With your arms and legs uncrossed,

Realizing that any outside sounds or noises can only help you go deeper and deeper and even deeper into this relaxed state.

And 4,

Let yourself go and let your powerful imagination become fully engaged in this experience.

As much as you can today.

You see,

It's not important to even believe in this process at all,

And you can have any thoughts that you want.

Because 3,

This is the moment you've been waiting for,

The moment where you can simply relax and enjoy.

Enjoy the feeling of being nestled into the surface beneath you.

2,

Asking yourself,

What part of this is more fascinating to you?

Is it the warm,

Tranquil feeling of you resting on this surface?

Or the warm,

Tranquil feeling of the surface resting on you?

What would it be like if you could melt into this completely?

How good would this feel?

And maybe you can think of how it would be if you were floating slightly above it.

How is it different?

How is it the same as one?

You can actually leave all of that behind if you want to,

And suddenly find yourself enjoying this vast,

Limitless state of mind,

Drifting and dreaming where you can safely make all the changes that you want to make.

And using your imagination in fascinating,

Healthy ways,

You can rediscover how easy it is to notice what it's like to awaken in the morning,

Well rested and full of energy,

To the point where you get to enjoy the entire day in an incredibly great mood.

You see,

It's when you're in this surprisingly great mood throughout the day that you make great decisions.

You make great decisions for you and the people around you.

And when you're feeling great and making the best decisions,

You can use all your resources to meet problems head on and quickly overcome challenges.

Even if this means moving around the ones that you can't currently do anything about.

And the quicker you deal with these things,

The quicker you get back on the road to enjoying life,

Giving you so much time to smell the roses.

And when you free up time to feel incredibly good and allow that old stress and uncertainty to remain in the past,

Then you can allow yourself to get out of your own way and let positive great things happen.

Unlocking your amazing potential in this way is possible and can happen all day long,

Every hour and every minute.

And each time you relax and take a deep breath.

So take a deep restorative breath and relax.

Notice that there was a time when you had the ability to naturally pop out of bed,

Feeling this exhilarating sense of being fully energized,

Enjoying this throughout the day and then at night,

Allowing things to wind down naturally in the most healthy ways so that you can feel the warm,

Dreamy,

Drowsy call of sleep drawing you to your bed for a long,

Deep,

Dreamy,

Undisturbed sleep for the next day's supply of energy.

This is the cycle that you once had and that you're now rediscovering,

Putting the pieces back together.

Maybe you can remember how this was when you were a child,

The energy from the early morning sun awakening so much inside of you and then the dreamy,

Drowsy call of sleep when it was time to drift off.

It is possible that all these elements can naturally return and fall into place completely and when this happens,

It can feel so amazingly good.

And this is,

In fact,

How you feel naturally when things are working right.

This is how you're designed to feel and it's your birthright to feel this incredibly good and even better as it runs seamlessly in the background of your life.

This great feeling,

This feeling of balance and this blissful state of calm that you can experience right now.

This feeling is the amazingly positive,

Sparkling,

Clean canvas that you were born with so that you can paint your life in the way that you want to.

It's your birthright to feel this incredibly good and even better all day long,

Every hour minute,

And each time you relax and take a deep breath.

So take a deep,

Restorative breath and relax as your subconscious continues to rediscover this and relearn this.

It's easy to understand though that life is life and there's always a bit of stress and uncertainty in our lives.

That isn't something we can always change,

But what you can change though is how you process all of that.

In the past,

You may have let that kind of junk build up and not dealt with it right away,

Almost like someone with a computer that has so many old files and viruses and junk.

If that person went to a computer tech,

That tech could try in vain to deal with that mess all day,

Or just take a step back and return everything to the original healthy settings,

The factory settings,

And then put some kind of mechanism in place to deal with the things quickly as they come up,

And adding only the things that work,

That are good and healthy,

And run smoothly with everything,

And are in line with the original,

Healthy,

Perfectly working settings.

This too can happen,

And happen in ways that free up space and energy and resources so that things are more balanced,

More positive,

And just feels surprisingly better,

Allowing you to experience more and more peace,

More and more clarity,

And more and more enthusiasm in life,

And all you have to do is allow your subconscious to learn this deeply,

And in whatever way is best for you,

And when things pop up that you need to quickly deal with from day to day,

You can learn to face them with more peace and more assurance,

And even welcome those challenges as something to quickly overcome and learn from,

So that you can get back to feeling great.

It's just like now you know this process for managing all this stuff is there,

So you no longer need to do unhealthy things to feel better,

And sometimes you just accept that you can't completely avoid stress and uncertainty,

But you can learn to face it,

And the quicker you face it,

The quicker it passes,

And as you learn to do what's the healthiest,

It becomes easier,

More natural,

More familiar,

And just like muscles,

The more you do this,

The stronger it gets,

And the more you focus on everything that's positive about you,

The more your confidence increases every day,

Because you can trust yourself to feel in control,

And as you learn to love and respect yourself,

You can easily find better,

More healthy ways to deal with challenges.

Now,

A vividly clear focus on what's positive can happen,

And if you were to allow yourself to awaken the receptivity that you have towards feeling amazing and enjoying good things,

Then it's possible for you to think of some instances where you felt great,

Incredibly great in fact.

This could be certain times in life,

Or some amazing places you've been to,

Or someone who made you feel good or appreciated.

It could be a combination of all these things swirled together,

Or simply the times when you felt great for no reason at all,

And when you can find yourself drifting towards one of these instances that's particularly compelling,

Then you might find that in this kind of awakening,

It's possible to recall and re-experience something even better,

Something that you can draw upon that was so breathtakingly good that at the time,

It felt just off the charts good,

Something that now can be an incredibly amazing source for what feels great as you continue to enjoy this memory.

Getting a really good taste of this now,

It's not important to realize whether you recognize this as fun or excitement or safety or warmth or any other flavor of good feelings,

But there is a possibility that you can scan your body and find the source of these feelings.

Where do they physically manifest inside your body?

Where do they start?

Your chest or face or your belly?

Only you know,

And you also know where they spread to and how they cycle back to the source and spread out again.

As a person can discover how this happens inside your physical body.

Is it a warmth?

If it were a color,

What's the color?

On a scale from 1 to 10,

How good does this feel right now?

Go ahead and take a moment and answer that.

Now notice how it moves through your body with each and every breath,

Feeling better,

Better and even better.

Because if you were to discover how this moves through you,

Then you can move it faster and faster and feel better,

Better and even better.

More and more each time.

Now move this faster and faster until you feel this from the top of your head down to the tips of your toes,

Doubling this amazing feeling with each and every breath and continuing to discover that you can feel amazingly good whenever you want.

And if you think you feel good now,

Keep in mind that this is just the tip of the iceberg when you imagine your actual potential to feel good.

It's your birthright to feel this good and the more you practice this and the more you learn this,

Then the easier it is and the better you feel.

And the easier it is and the better you feel,

Then the more you want to practice this and the more you want to learn this.

So move this feeling,

This color or energy or however you experience this,

Move this good feeling all throughout your body.

Even faster now.

Feeling this good feeling,

Faster and faster,

Feeling better and better.

That's it.

Perfect.

And now on a scale from 1 to 10,

How good do you feel?

That's awesome.

And the great thing is that the real power comes from when you can experience this in your everyday life.

Maybe now you're thinking of the times in your everyday life where you want more of this or maybe you want this throughout your entire days.

It's more than natural to have this running in the background of your life.

This can happen as you start your next day or gradually more and more every day or in a thousand other ways that are just right for you.

Because feeling this good is your birthright and it frees you up to have an awesome life and it awakens all your resources like your tremendous ability to solve problems,

Overcome uncertainty and challenges and to free up all this energy from unlocking your potential to get what you want in life so that your days are manageable and fun and exciting and your nights are full of deep,

Warm,

Dreamy restorative sleep.

And when you symbolize this process,

This problem solving process,

It allows your inner mind to practice it,

To learn it inside and out,

Bringing all your resources right to your fingertips so that you can make things happen instantly.

So how would this all play out?

How would this all work smoothly and effortlessly?

What would it be like if you were moving through life feeling amazing,

Feeling the warmth and bliss of this incredibly good feeling running in your background,

But then you come across something that would cause a bit of stress or uncertainty and it happens to be right in your path?

Now at a time like that,

It's possible for a person to imagine your mind magically conjuring up three doorways above your head,

These three doorways containing a wellspring of resources to solve any problems instantly.

Door number one,

Lets you dramatically improve the skills that you already have.

So using your imagination,

Go ahead and step into this now and find how it improves your skills in dealing with this imaginary problem.

That's it.

Now step back out because door number two gives you brand new,

Powerful skills.

So you can now step into this door and get those skills.

Now door number three gives you the ability to solve problems and wild off the wall unorthodox ways.

It awakens your ability to take chances and feel good about it.

So step in and make this happen and then back out when you know you're done.

And with this new pool of resources,

Quickly overcome the challenge before you.

Even if this is just a feeling of completely solving a problem.

Learn from this so you can quickly get back on this path of feeling awesome,

Moving through life past that problem,

Enjoying all this incredibly good background happiness.

Now you can think of another less than positive event presenting itself and quickly pop,

Pop,

Pop,

Three doors a pair.

You can use one of them,

A couple or a combination of all three.

But the important thing is that you solve the problem fast.

So go ahead and do it now.

Face it because this is the process that gives you access to your infinite pool of resources.

So that you can solve these problems completely and instantly.

Even if this simply means moving around any challenge that you can't currently overcome,

Getting you back on the path of feeling good.

So go to another challenge and one,

Two,

Three,

Quickly solve things and get back to the path of feeling amazing,

Naturally.

And what if you could have used this in the past?

How much more time and energy do you think this would have freed up for your ultimate goals?

And what's it like when you imagine using this in the future?

Because that's where it has so much power.

So while you get to enjoy this tremendously good feeling,

Just let it run in the background,

Swirling and blending with this music and my words.

As you take a deep breath,

Relax and dream of the future,

A future where you can use this process,

Overcoming one challenge after another.

As you're making the changes necessary so that you can feel better,

Better and even better throughout every minute,

Hour,

Day,

Week and the rest of your life.

So much so that what was uncertainty or stress can become challenges to overcome and learn from so that you can get back to where you feel the best.

Overcoming one challenge after another,

Continuing to drift further and further through the future,

Realizing that you're just as deserving of the good things in life as anyone else,

Especially feeling good,

Being in a good mood throughout the day and sleeping peacefully at night.

In fact,

As you start your day full of energy,

When you walk out your front door,

This is an instant signal to your inner mind to make this process work powerfully in the background.

As your days start full of energy,

Moving through life with purpose,

Fun and enthusiasm.

Even when the night approaches,

You can feel that this must be the time to relax naturally and allow nature to make you sleepy more and more as you reach your bedtime,

With your bed drawing you closer and closer and even closer without anything less than healthy in your way so you can enjoy hours and hours of deep,

Restorative,

Undisturbed sleep,

Allowing you to wake refreshed,

Full of energy and beginning the cycle again,

Feeling incredibly great because it's all about you feeling great.

And you get to feel this in the background,

This continual wellspring of resources and good feelings that's more and more familiar,

More and more recognized as how things just are and as this continues with each and every breath,

You can drift back from the future to the present moment,

Seeing the path of good feelings and problem solving abilities clearly laid out for you.

And when you're ready and everything is fully integrated and working as one,

You can come back to a fully awakened state as I count from one to five.

So one,

Feeling that surface beneath you,

Two,

Moving your hands and feet,

Your toes and your fingers,

And three,

Go ahead and open your eyes,

And four,

Look at the shapes and the colors,

And five,

Go ahead and take a nice deep breath and let all of this kind of circulate throughout you.

And when you're ready and after you've taken a few moments to bask in how good this trance felt,

Then go on and enjoy the rest of your day.
