Okay,
So again,
Big welcome to everybody.
May this session will help us all to feel better,
To feel connected to ourself and to life.
So,
I want to direct or dedicate this session to touch,
And I'm talking about it because lately I thought it would be nice to bring more awareness to my toes,
Okay?
And the toes,
Normally we don't use them,
So we don't bring awareness to them because they're not for use for us.
And then I start to bring awareness to each toe,
And I understood that if I don't move it with awareness,
There will not be a registration of a neurological connection between the toe and the brain,
And then I will not be able to advance with the ability to feel and to use that toe.
And this can be expanded to anything we want to utilize,
Which we don't.
It must be together with awareness.
And then it can be expanded also to the whole subject of using or enhancing our ability to be aware of what's happening to us during the day,
To the way our mind functions.
Because if our mind is constantly in another place and we're just moving around with no awareness to what we're touching,
Either with the mind or thoughts,
Or with the body,
So then we don't registrate anything of what we do,
And we're just a bit like robots moving through the day.
But if we're moving with awareness,
Meaning that we apply awareness to whatever our body touches,
Either with the mind,
I'm aware of something,
Or physically I'm touching something with awareness,
In that moment,
The registration of the touch creates a neurological experience and sometimes an emotional experience.
So I would like this meditation to focus more and to enhance this clarity of connection between awareness and touching.
So first,
Before we continue,
Again,

Let's connect.
Okay,
So let's just bring awareness inwards.
And without any further,
Let's go straight into our toes.
Just bring your awareness to your toes.
Feel your toes.
And first feel them as a bulk,
Like as one thing,
Before we start to differentiate between the toes.
See if you can feel that you have toes,
Meaning there is some registration of sensation,
Of temperature,
Of vibration.
Of course,
If you move your toes,
It'll be easier to feel them,
But let's not do that.
Let's try to recognize the presence of our toes without any movement,
Just with our awareness.
And let's bring our awareness to the rest of our feet and see if we can feel both feet Now,
Let's pay attention to the touch between our feet and the surface below it.
It could be shoes or it could be,
If we're barefoot,
The floor,
Whatever we feel,
But try to be really aware of that very subtle space of touch.
And maybe you can feel that that,
Let's say,
Gap,
If there is any gap,
But there is actually,
Of energy between your feet and the surface it's touching,
Is completely vibrant and alive.
This is the touch.
And maybe you can acknowledge also that you can feel your feet touching the surface because you're aware of your feet.
Yes,
So the touch is only available,
Only possible because of the awareness.
You're not aware so much of your hands or your fingers right now touching something else or each other,
So you don't feel it.
Awareness means that the minute you're recognizing or you're aware of part of your body,
You create or you enhance the neurological pathway between that part of your body and your brain.
Your brain is registrating now,
Through your senses,
Whatever is happening in that part of your body,
Its temperature,
Of course,
If there are movements,
Pulsation,
Or if there is any danger.
The brain also recognizes subtle energies,
Not only the senses,
The normal senses.
It can recognize the quality of energy,
The tingling.
It might see colors.
It might recognize images.
Okay?
So the senses doesn't stop in the normal six senses.
They expand into inner senses.
So now when you are feeling very clearly the connection between your feet and the surface they are touching,
Let's try to go back to the toes and let's separate and try to feel each and every toe,
But we'll do it in the same time on both feet.
So let's first start with the big toe on both feet together.
And see if you can be as clear as possible about the toes or those toes.
Maybe you can even differentiate and feel the differences between the sides.
Okay,
So now let's move laterally,
Meaning outwards,
And go to the side.
Now let's separate the second toe from the center out,
From the big toe outwards.
And see if you can differentiate that one.
Really try with your awareness,
Without moving it,
To be clear about that toe,
About its boundaries,
About its shape.
Maybe about its difference from the other toe.
Now because the whole body is connected,
When you're feeling one part of your body,
The toes right now,
You might feel some kind of tingling or some kind of signals manifesting in other parts of your body which relate in reflexology to the toes.
Normally,
Traditionally,
In reflexology the toes relate to the toes.
It relates to the brain and to the head in general.
So you might feel as you're concentrating on the toes,
Movement in your head,
This is very natural and actually it's very good.
Okay,
Let's move to the third toe from the center out.
See again if you can differentiate it.
Let's expand to the fourth from the center out.
And then to the fifth,
The little toe.
Okay,
So now let's work more on the energetics of the toes or the feet.
And let's visualize or connect to an image that there are beams of light radiating from both feet,
From the toes to infinity.
Okay,
Just visualize beams of light,
Whatever color works for you.
Expanded or extended to infinity.
And acknowledge,
If you can,
That those beams of light,
Of energy,
Actually they're coming from heaven and flowing through your whole body and then emerging from the toes and continue to infinity.
And if possible,
Try to compare that flow or to enhance that there is a flow that comes from heaven through the front of your body and flowing from heaven through the front of your body and exit from the top of your feet and toes to infinity.
And at the same time,
There is the same flow of energy moving from heaven through the back of your body,
The back of the legs,
The heels,
The bottom of the sole of the feet,
And then again exiting from the lower part of the feet and toes outside.
Yes,
So there is beams of energy moving front and back from heaven to earth through your toes.
Okay,
So until now we practiced touching with connection to our physical body.
Now we're touching only with connection to our energy body.
So let's touch our aura.
Okay,
So we're visualizing that around our body there is an energy field and we're touching it because we're acknowledging its presence.
That's how we touch the physical and that's how we touch the non-physical.
It's the same.
Okay,
So we're visualizing whatever image you choose to visualize around your body and then you're asking yourself,
How is it?
Is it working good?
Is my aura alive?
And don't think about colors necessarily or anything.
Just see what happens when you connect to the possibility of having energy around your body.
Okay,
So although we're talking about touch and in our common language touch is physical,
We're understanding here very clearly that really what touches is our mind and our awareness.
Yeah,
And even if you don't,
You cannot touch somebody,
When you are aware of their presence,
When you're thinking of them,
This is a very powerful touch.
Because the energy reaches the awareness,
Not the physical only.
So whatever you're aware of,
That's what you're touching.
Okay,
So now let's expand.
If we're connecting to our aura,
To our energy field,
Let's connect now to our infinite field.
Okay,
So let's say touch the whole creation.
It sounds fantastic and impossible maybe,
But actually it's quite straightforward.
When you say,
I'm aware of the whole creation,
You just say it,
You don't need to do anything,
You don't need to visualize stars and galaxies or nothing.
You just say,
And that's what becomes the reality.
I'm aware of the whole creation.
That's it.
Okay,
So what you're aware of is what you're touching.
And because this is registrating immediately in your nervous system,
In your brain,
So your brain learns to become infinite.
It learns new boundaries or out of boundaries.
It learns a new existence.
Okay,
So we're touching infinity.
Now that infinite space that we're touching,
We have to allow what we call our personal energy and our infinite and the infinite energy to start to synchronize,
To harmonize with each other.
Otherwise it creates separation.
I am in and life is out,
But it's not like this.
I am everything,
In and out at the same time.
Okay,
So by touching the whole creation,
Meaning becoming aware of the whole creation,
You're offering a synchronization to your personal system with the infinite system,
Which you are both.
So let's pay attention inside what we call the me or the ego person.
Let's see if there's any blockage or blockages that can use synchronization.
Number one is the heart center.
Remember that you are touching infinity,
Hence you are infinite.
It's not that you are the person feeling something outside you,
The person.
No,
You are everything.
And in that everythingness which you are,
There are blockages in the part of this everythingness which you are,
Which you call me.
You don't call me everything,
Unfortunately.
You call me only the something.
But everything is me,
Is you,
Is everything.
And what we need to do now is to call the parts of the confused me to be part of the infinite me.
So let's call the heart chakra or the heart center in the center of the chest to harmonize,
To synchronize with the infinite me.
By the way,
The infinite me doesn't know it's me.
It has no identity.
We're just calling it just to give direction.
But it's not really anything because it's everything.
So we're calling the heart chakra to synchronize,
To harmonize with that.
The mind is the whole creation,
Is everything.
And it's calling tiny part of itself,
Which called the me person or the ego person,
And inside that person it's heart chakra to harmonize with everything.
Okay,
So the big,
Big,
Big blip or shift or major transition or breakthrough is when you understand,
You the person,
That until now,
Through eons and eons and lifetimes and lifetimes and lifetimes,
You've been conditioned to think that you are ending in your scheme.
And here the transition is completely opposite.
You are the whole creation and the person,
Not the person on a spiritual practice.
You are already everything,
Acknowledging the person as well which you are.
Okay,
And if we connect it to touch,
So your awareness is touching the whole creation,
Then it knows I am that,
That I am,
I am everything.
And it's inviting parts of itself that have been forgotten to come home.
That's what we did when we asked the heart chakra to come home.
And now let's connect generally to our nervous system and ask it to come home,
To synchronize with the truth of who we are.
For that purpose,
First of all we have to recognize the nervousness within us.
So ask yourself if I feel some nervousness,
Some tension,
Some anxiety.
It doesn't have to be severe or anything exaggerated,
But I feel nervous,
You know,
There is some opposite of stillness,
Some tension in the whole system.
So try to recognize that without losing the infinitude.
And once you're recognizing that,
Call that nervousness again to synchronize with the infinitude.
Okay,
Beautiful.
Now let's go to the pelvic floor.
To the base chakra.
This energy center relates to sexuality,
To sexual energy.
Okay,
And when we're releasing that energy and allow it to synchronize with all there is,
There is a level of pleasure that is spreading all over the body and in the whole creation.
Okay,
So the same as we invited the heart chakra to synchronize,
We're inviting the base chakra to synchronize.
Wonderful.
So just see if there's still any part of your human form that is not synchronized with the infinite being.
Remember that you are everything,
The whole creation,
As well as the person you call me.
And just check if there's any parts of that person that are still felt in this harmony.
It vibrates in a different way.
You can still feel it very clear.
It means it's not part of everything.
Beautiful.
Okay,
So it's very important that we understand that it's possible to connect to those qualities also when we are not in such a deep meditation,
Of course not in the same way,
But one very powerful way to do this connection is through the vibration in the body and through what we talked about this meditation,
Touching with our awareness our body,
Meaning feeling the energy body from inside.
Any part of your body that you feel its vibration whatever you do in the same time will help you to connect to everything.
Okay?
So if you walk,
Try to become aware that you are vibrating.
Anything you do,
Try to teach your mind to touch the subtlety of your existence as you move through the physical world.
