Hello,

And welcome to another guided breathwork session.

For today's breathwork,

We're using a shamanic style of breathing.

This will help to access your hidden energy forces and awaken your inner strength,

Allowing your mind to clear and the body to relax.

The breath is two inhales and one exhale.

In through your nose or mouth and out through your mouth.

The first breath we breathe into the lower belly.

The second breath we breathe into the heart space.

And a gentle exhale relaxing your whole body as you breathe out.

Now combine it all like this.

We finish the round with double speed.

I will guide you throughout with some exhale breath retentions between rounds.

Get really comfortable now,

Sitting up,

Elongating your spine or lying down in a relaxed position.

Allowing your eyes to close and breathing out empty.

And let's begin in three,

Two,

One.

Breathing into your belly,

Into your heart and let it go.

It doesn't have to be perfect.

Maybe just placing one hand on your belly and one hand over your heart space and breathing into them.

Two inhales and one exhale.

Breathe deeply and let the rest fall into place.

Three more shamanic breaths.

Two.

Three.

One more.

Now take a deep breath in,

Holding,

Letting go,

Relaxing into our one minute breath retention.

In this moment,

You are exactly where you need to be.

Let your breath remind you to find joy in the little things.

Halfway,

You're doing amazing.

Just keep holding.

Notice any tingling or sensations in your body.

Take a deep breath in three,

Two,

One.

Holding here for 10 seconds,

Tucking your chin and squeezing your body gently.

Release it.

Get ready for round number two in three,

Two,

One.

Belly,

Heart,

Let it go.

Breathe in deeply.

Let every breath be a reminder to stay present.

Your breath reminds you that you are always in control of your energy.

Double the speed.

Three more shamanic breaths,

Two,

One more.

Take a deep breath in,

Holding,

Letting go,

Relaxing into our one minute breath retention.

Everything is peaceful in this moment.

Feel your body relax with each second that passes.

Thirty seconds,

You're doing amazing.

Enjoy the gentle stillness of your mind.

Take a deep breath in three,

Two,

One.

Holding here for 10 seconds,

Tucking your chin and squeezing your body gently.

Release it.

Shaking out any tension in your body.

Get ready for round number three in three,

Two,

One.

In,

In,

Release.

Breathing deeper on every inhale,

Relaxing the body on every exhale,

Allowing some gentle movement in your body.

Double the speed.

You're doing amazing.

Keep on breathing.

Three more shamanic breaths,

Two,

One more.

Take a deep breath in,

Holding,

Letting go,

Relaxing into our one minute breath retention.

Every breathless moment builds resilience.

Surrender to this quiet within you.

Thirty seconds,

Let your body guide you effortlessly.

Being aware of the sensations in your body.

Take a deep breath in three,

Two,

One.

Holding here for 10 seconds,

Tucking your chin and squeezing your body gently.

Release it.

Shaking out any tension in your body.

Fourth and final round in three,

Two,

One.

Your breath is the key to awaken your hidden energy forces,

That inner strength that lies deep within you.

Deeply in,

Let it go.

Final breath at this tempo.

Double the speed.

Belly,

Heart release.

Breathing deeply for this final round.

You're doing great.

Three more shamanic breaths,

Two,

One more.

Take a deep breath in,

Holding,

Letting go,

Relaxing into our one minute breath retention.

You are perfectly balanced right here,

Right now.

Everything is happening as it should.

Feel your heartbeat steady and strong.

Your breath is waiting for you just a little while longer.

Take a deep breath in three,

Two,

One.

Holding here for 10 seconds,

Tucking your chin and squeezing your body gently.

Release it.

Allow your breathing to return to normal,

In through the nose and out through the nose.

You can start to move your body gently,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Or you can just stay in this position,

Enjoying the music.

Bring a gentle smile to your face as you go about your day,

Feeling lighter and more energized.
