Seeking A Better Feeling Inside
In this lesson we explore what happens when we move from seeking our wellbeing in the outside world to seeking to have “better” thoughts and feelings. We see how this seeking has the potential to create even more suffering and what is helpful to see to prevent this.
Lección 5
The Truth About Thoughts And Feelings
In this lesson we will explore some simple facts about thoughts and feelings. These truths will help you to move away from seeking to continually change your internal experience and be able to accept it more easily. This is a profound step towards freedom from seeking.
Lección 6
The Power Of Non - Judgemental Awareness
In this lesson we will look at the consequences of judgement of our human experience and how this creates suffering. We will also explore the power of non-judgemental awareness and see how it can move us from fixing and seeking to a gentler experience of life.
Lección 7
Willpower, Guilt And Shame
In this lesson, we will explore the illusion of willpower as an effective tool for change. We will also see how trying to use willpower to have different thoughts, feelings and behaviours can lead to guilt and shame and that when we let go of this, we feel better naturally.
Lección 8
See Your Emotions As A Gift
In this lesson we begin to let go of the idea that emotions are a problem that we must solve and move towards seeing our emotions as a gift of powerful inner guidance instead. We will then look towards accepting our emotions, stop rallying against them see that seeking to change them makes no sense.
Lección 9
The Truth About Enlightenment
In this lesson we uncover the misunderstandings about enlightenment which pervade society and keep us on that path of seeking. We also learn about what enlightenment really is and take “getting there” off our list of things to do.
Lección 10
What Is Freedom?
In this lesson we will look at freedom from a whole new perspective, seeing it not as having the ability to avoid or control certain experiences but something very different to that. We will explore true freedom which is living life from a place of acceptance of all that is and no longer feeling like we always have something to do to control our experience.
Lección 11
What Does The End To Seeking Look Like?
In this final lesson, we explore what this end to seeking can look like in our daily life and the transformation it can bring about in our everyday experience. We will look at the short and long-term benefits of stepping away from endless seeking and finally accepting our human experience in all its glory.
