We will engage with acupressure points, meridian flushes and a neuro-vascular technique to balance the primary yin meridian of the energy body, the Central Meridian, aka Conception Vessel. We will also discuss the relationship of shame and self-respect with this meridian and how to transform these experiences.
Kinesiologist Helen Hansen has been in mind-body practice for more than 20 years and specialises in Meridian Therapy. Helen has worked with and helped thousands of individuals bring balance to mind and body systems.

What Is The Central Meridian?
Everything has a frequency. The vibrational qualities of shame, self-respect and their counterparts are found along the pathway of the Central Meridian. This energy channel in its optimal state brings calm into the body and mind and settles the nervous system.
Lektion 2
Balancing The Central Meridian
Let's balance this energy channel which impacts all other meridians. We will flush the meridian, harmonise the neuro-emotional zone and support the related brain hemispheres. Please have a glass of water handy.
Lektion 3
Meditation For Transforming Shame & Strengthening Self-Respect
For optimal benefit, give yourself 30 minutes of uninterrupted time. Be in a comfortable, supported position. Have a glass of water handy. If you wish to journal after, have your pen and paper ready.
