Resting Into Being is a four-session introductory journey into the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra. Designed for beginners as well as experienced practitioners seeking a soft reset, this course offers a grounded, accessible way to reconnect with your body, breath, and inner stillness. Across four guided sessions, you will learn how Yoga Nidra supports profound rest, nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and a tender re-orientation toward what matters most. Each practice invites you to slow down, and gently inhabit the simplicity of the present moment. Whether you’re seeking better sleep, stress relief, emotional replenishment, or a space to come home to yourself, this course offers a quiet doorway into deep rest — one breath, one moment at a time.
Dr Linda Kantor is a counselling psychologist, mindfulness teacher, and facilitator with over two decades of experience supporting individuals, leaders, and teams in cultivating resilience, presence, and emotional wellbeing. Lektion 1
Arriving: An Introduction To Yoga Nidra
This first session is an invitation to arrive — not only into the course, but into your body, your breath, and this moment. You’ll be gently introduced to Yoga Nidra and why deep rest matters. You’ll learn what the practice is (and isn’t), how to prepare yourself physically and emotionally, and how to create a supportive space for rest. The session includes a short, guided Yoga Nidra–inspired body scan to help you begin releasing layers of tension and settling into stillness. By the end, you may begin to sense what it feels like to rest without needing to do anything at all. Resting Into Being is an invitation into effortless rest — the kind that becomes possible when the body feels supported and nothing is required of you.

Breath As A Bridge: Settling The Nervous System
This session introduces breath awareness as an anchor for stability and ease. Explore how simple, natural breathing prepares the body and mind for deeper rest, followed by a soothing Yoga Nidra centred on breath and spaciousness.

Discovering Your Inner Landscape
In this session, you can expect to: • Learn how inner sensing and imagery can support emotional ease • Explore awareness in a way that doesn’t require analysis or understanding • Experience a Yoga Nidra practice that explores imagery, opposites, and invites spaciousness and receptivity
Lektion 4
Resting Into Wholeness
A nourishing closing session weaving together all elements of the course. Experience a full Yoga Nidra designed for deep restoration, integration, and a felt sense of wholeness you can return to anytime.
