This six-session guided meditation course offers a gentle, research-informed approach to restoring balance in the body and mind. Through practices such as mindful breathing, interoceptive body awareness, guided imagery, and deeply restorative rest, you will learn simple ways to calm the stress response and support the body’s natural healing processes.
