What Is Qi?
Let's understand the different types of qi, their functions and connections. We will engage in an experiential technique to become consciously aware of qi around the body. And we will use the qi in breath to stimulate the lower dan tien.

A Tale Of QI - The Story Of The Willow & The Stream
Grab a cuppa, soften your eyes and relax your body, as you prepare to listen to this 'Tale of Qi'. This is the story of Mei and her journey to feel and know qi, for this is nothing like experience to connect with the essence of qi.
Lektion 3
Stimulating Qi In The Body
Let's cultivate qi in the various body systems, creating balance and maintaining harmony. Barefoot or sockfooted is best. Please stand on a level surface that is of a comfortable temperature. Have water on hand for when you need.
