Jessica Crow is a Neurowellness Experience Architect and founder of CNTRD Wellness. Her work focuses on designing experiences and environments that support nervous system regulation, recovery, and human wellbeing. Her background spans over two decades in meditation, mindfulness, and neurosomatic practices. She has taught internationally and trained hundreds of practitioners through courses and live workshops, as well as teachers in her CNTRD Meditation and CNTRD Yoga Nidra trainings.
