Meet your Teacher

Jessica Crow has taught meditation, mindfulness and yoga to individuals and groups in NYC and around the world for over a decade. She’s trained and mentored hundreds of teachers and therapists in that time and is now leading a new generation of guides in the online CNTRD Meditation Teacher Training and Yoga Nidra Training. She hosts live virtual weekly classes and offers private mentorship sessions for budding teachers or seekers. Her book 'The Power of Guided Meditation' was released in 2021.
