This guided meditation will help you to build more compassion for your experience of pain, and even befriend it and give it a listening ear. Pain and illness are our body's messengers, but often they're tiring and overwhelming and scary, so we push them down and push them away. When we can learn to sit with the reality of these experiences in the body and remember the nature of change, we can cultivate a new relationship with our pain or disease and may even notice immediate shifts in our perception of them, as the body is initiated to heal from a cellular level outwards. May this track give you some physical relief and some spaciousness in your heart and mind.
