Meet your Teacher

Abby Turner is an E-RYT 500 and YACEP-certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She has taught yoga and yoga teacher training all over the world and specializes in making yoga possible for all bodies. Abby believes that everyone, regardless of age, body type, or ability, can benefit from yoga. Yoga is not about achieving perfect posture but about the journey and process and that's what has the biggest impact on overall health, well-being, and wellness. Abby has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and has taught over 2,000 hours of classes and private yoga instruction all over the world. Her students know that she is focused on how to relieve pain, teaching modifications, and adapt yoga to each body.
