Details
You do not need to become anyone other than who you already are. Often, we seek transformation as if it were a distant destination, forgetting that the most profound shift happens when we simply stop and listen. This is the essence of Prana (प्राण), the steady, sacred rhythm of creation moving through you. It is the primordial vibration that reminds you that you already belong. This training is not about adding more to your life; it is about exhaling the noise and noticing the life-force that has always been here. This is not a training in the usual sense. For 7 days, from September 12–18, 2026, we live in close connection with our own essence through the art of the breath. Moment by moment, we listen for the simple truth beneath the mental chatter. While this is a 50-hour Yoga Alliance (YACEP) program, the real practice does not happen in a manual; it happens in the quiet arrival of this breath, just as it is. You do not come here to fix yourself. When you sit still and allow the breath to move freely, you may discover that nothing has ever been missing, much like the way the ocean breathes with the tide without effort. In the heart of Nusa Ceningan, the ocean breeze, historic timber, and salt air reflect your original nature. The sea does not try to be the sea; the sun does not try to be the sun. Similarly, you do not need to force a "spiritual" version of yourself. Practice here is simple: just relaxing, just breathing, just being alive. When you stop trying to force understanding, the teaching reveals itself. Our group is kept small and intimate so we can truly meet one another in the depths of this work. We speak when speaking is needed and remain silent when silence teaches more. Together, we learn to trust our "Intuition," the knowing that is naturally open, clear, and vibrant with Prana. To honor the space we create, a photographer will be with us to quietly capture the organic, unscripted moments of our training. They will also be available for optional, personal photoshoots if you wish to visually ground your experience in these surroundings.
Venue
The Beach Woods
5 ★ 4 Reviews

Our house is an Old Wooden house, mostly made from Antique Teak wood and recycled boat and truck wood. It is the perfect house to have on the beach. 4 bedrooms in all. The main house has 3 bedrooms. The upstairs is our favorite bedroom as it has its own balcony and the best view. The 2nd bedroom is on the main floor and opens up into the living room. The 3rd bedroom is a long room running down the side of the house that has 6 bunk beds. The 6 beds are a king single size, so quite comfortable. The Bunk room opens to the living room and the outside deck. The 4th room is in the guest house across the garden, has an en suite, and overlooks the pool and lagoon in front. The outside deck is a great place to watch the sunset and lounge during the day and evening. The Kitchen and dining room are located under the deck, on the pool and garden level, right next to the ocean.

Old Wooden House perched right on the lagoon between the two islands, offering spectacular ocean and sunset views from every room and the deck. Each room is surrounded by the lagoon/ocean on all sides, with vast windows opening directly to the water. The views shift throughout the day, from clear golden dawns to the heavenly sunsets right in front of the house. Rooms are immaculately kept, simple yet elegant, with modern amenities and a quiet comfort that mirrors the stillness outside. It includes a private pool and steps leading right down into the sea. (Note: Our little dog, Loly, lives on the property and is very friendly with everyone)
Meals
Not included - self catered
Meals are not included. This is a deliberate exercise in the Middle Way, leaving the curated environment to engage with the island's natural flow. Savor the "Island of the Gods" through high-vibe plates where Balinese soil meets organic harvest. Expect smoothie bowls, fresh-caught fish, and traditional Nasi Campur. A high-quality meal typically ranges from $5 to $12 USD. Local favorites like Sea Breeze and The Sand offer "toes-in-the-sand" dining that fuels the spirit.
