Let's practice Yujai breath together.
Start seated tall,
Shoulders rolled back.
Tuck your chin slightly.
Start to feel your inhales and exhales just through your nose.
Yujai breath is a forceful,
Powerful breath with an audible sound in the throat.
Let's practice what that sounds and feels like.
Take your hand up to your face right in front of your mouth.
We're going to breathe heavily onto your hand.
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale,
Breathe out of your mouth.
By making the sound in the throat.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Like our hand is a mirror and we're going to fog up the mirror.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Now take that same energy with the mouth closed.
That same sound in the throat.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Let's just do five breaths together.
