Meet your Teacher

Abby Turner is Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT 500 and YACEP yoga teacher and has been teaching since 2013. She specializes in Pain Management Through Yoga and strives to make yoga possible for all bodies. She runs an online yoga studio called Yoga Traveler Online.

Lesson 1

Root Chakra Exploration

Learn about the Root Chakra and ask yourself reflective questions to discover how you might come into balance. The root chakra is the foundation for your journey to healing.

Lesson 2

Root Chakra Meditation: Prayer For Mother Earth

This meditation will help you get grounded and connect with the mother earth that nurtures us. May we honor and appreciate the earth as our root, our foundation.

Lesson 4

Sacral Chakra Exploration

Learn about the Sacral Chakra and how to know if you are balanced with ten discovery questions. The sacral chakra is associated with creativity and romantic love.

Lesson 5

Sacral Chakra: Step Into the Circle

Take a moment to learn about yourself without judgement as you step into the circle. This exercise can be done by yourself or with others. Use honesty and no judgement as you discover your chakra.

Lesson 6

Solar Plexus Chakra Exploration

Learn about the third chakra- the Solar Plexus Chakra. Discover if you are balanced with six reflective questions. The solar plexus chakra is associated with power and control.

Lesson 7

Solar Plexus Fire Ceremony

Grab and paper, pen, a small bowl and a lighter. Be ready to burn away the things you do not need as you begin to balance your solar plexus charka and find healing.

Lesson 8

Heart Chakra Exploration

Explore the heart chakra- learn about imbalances and what it feels like to become balanced. Answer six questions for self discovery into the heart chakra.

Lesson 9

Heart Chakra Mantras

In efforts to become balanced in the heart chakra, try repeating these mantras with mantras. They will teach you loving kindness for yourself and others.

Lesson 10

Throat Chakra Exploration

Explore the Throat Chakra to learn about deficiencies, excessiveness, and what it feels like to be balanced. Answer six questions about the chakra for self discovery.

Lesson 11

Throat Chakra Ritual Bath Celebration

Gather a few supplies (detailed in the recording) and partake in a celebration of the throat chakra. This will calm your body inside and out and get you in touch with the energy of the throat charka.

Third Eye Chakra Exploration

Learn about the third eye chakra which is associated with insight and knowledge. Take seven discovery questions to find out if you are balanced in the third eye chakra.

Ajna Chakra Yoga Nidra

Get some pillows and get comfy on your mat.  This yoga nidra will help you to explore your Ajna (third eye chakra) to find balance and insight. Time to take a journey into your subconscious!
