You’ll be introduced to mindful breathing and grounding techniques, along with meditations for anxiety relief, relaxation, and visualization. By practicing each of these techniques, you’ll have the opportunity to discover which ones work best for you so that you can then begin incorporating them into your daily life. With a consistent practice of relaxation and stress relief, you’ll notice that you’re more at ease, you’re more focused and productive, you’ve got a better handle on your emotions, and you feel better equipped to handle stress and challenges when they arise because you know you have the tools to help you through.
