Thank you for the kind and compassionate understanding affirmations and reminders that it is ok for me to rest and the validations of how I am feeling - a spoonie since 1997 with ME/CFS.

Living with MS, after hosting Thanksgiving, moving soon after, and now heading into Christmas next week, I forgot to offer myself rest. In the end, my body forced the rest. This affirmation felt like the compassionate reminder I deeply needed. Thank you so much!

Hi Heidi, I was scratching my head as to who to listen to for my ADHD.? I was diagnosed whilst having EMDR with a wonderful therapist, Alice Marsh. I then thought "who do I feel like listening to?" and instantly it was "Heidi" and there I saw a cat. I was born in 62, during the year of the Tiger, I even feel feline in some ways. Always loved cats, had many cats, have neighbours now with cats and a daughter with one. The psycholgist running the courses I am doing on ADHD has a lovely cat, and I am feeling different after 8 or 9 months of EMDR and am noticing possibilities and hope and wonder are returning to me. Your meditation, words and your voice had me spellbound, and breathing nicely. The music was even perfect. I might even do it again right now, and I shall share it with my ADHD WhatsApp group too. Thank you . I hope you are safe, healthy happy and live with ease.
