Today,

I am noticing possibilities.

I recognize that life does not stay statically the same.

The seasons remind me that while it can feel like time stands still,

Changes are always taking place,

One moment to the next.

Today I remember who I once was,

Who I am now,

And I believe in a future version of me.

I have grown and will continue to grow.

New opportunities will come my way.

I will meet new people.

I will learn unknown things.

There will be fresh science and fantastic innovations.

I can think about all that has been newly discovered or invented just within my lifespan.

And I can trust that more is coming.

I can daydream about what future inventions I'd like to see and how they'd change my life.

I can find hope in the fact that there will always be something that can delight my senses,

Some of which will be unknown to me until that very moment.

A song,

A newly released movie,

A sequel to a book,

Or a different type of food.

Today I am noticing possibilities.

I am choosing to be gentle with myself and trust that small incremental shifts are taking place within me and worldwide.

It is okay for me to wonder.

It is now safe for me to dream.

I can look beyond survival.

And if I'm not here yet,

I can notice that one day I'd like to be,

Which is also a form of hoping.

Today I am noticing possibilities.

Hi Heidi, I was scratching my head as to who to listen to for my ADHD.? I was diagnosed whilst having EMDR with a wonderful therapist, Alice Marsh. I then thought "who do I feel like listening to?" and instantly it was "Heidi" and there I saw a cat. I was born in 62, during the year of the Tiger, I even feel feline in some ways. Always loved cats, had many cats, have neighbours now with cats and a daughter with one. The psycholgist running the courses I am doing on ADHD has a lovely cat, and I am feeling different after 8 or 9 months of EMDR and am noticing possibilities and hope and wonder are returning to me. Your meditation, words and your voice had me spellbound, and breathing nicely. The music was even perfect. I might even do it again right now, and I shall share it with my ADHD WhatsApp group too. Thank you . I hope you are safe, healthy happy and live with ease.

Definitely worth listening to. The music's a little loud compared to the narration but I loved the words.
