I am not the only one.

I am not alone.

I can connect with others.

I am not a bad human.

I am not fundamentally flawed.

I have worth and I matter.

There are people who understand.

There are people who are safe and kind.

There are people who see me,

Hear me,

And believe me.

I am more than one thing.

I can grow,

Learn,

And heal.

No feeling is permanent.

I have choices.

I have strength.

I exist in the future.

I can take up space even when I'm unwell,

Especially when I'm unwell.

It's okay for me to show up just as I am.

I am in the now.

I am in the now.

And these feelings are real,

But I am not these feelings.

I belong.

I am not the only one.

I am not the only one.

I am not the only one.

πŸ’Œ I love this more than anyone can know. Thank you creator of this meditation. πŸ™πŸΎ It was an immediate success of turning an SOS feeling into calmness, gratitude and love. Tysvm! And I wish countless blessings to everyone reading this, whether you make them, or you receive outside help. We definitely aren't alone. That's just a feeling that comes from fear & inadequacy. We can change how we feel. We just have to try. πŸ™πŸΎ You are enough. You are everything amazing. Keep going! πŸ’₯πŸ₯°πŸ˜˜βœ¨βœ¨πŸ’žπŸ’žπŸ’ŒNamaste brothers & sisters. πŸ™πŸΎ

This was difficult to listen to and apply to myself, but they are things I need to believe because they are true - and this track will become a regular for me, I think. Thank you.

Truly helpful S.O.S. type of guided calming track. Combines well with orienting and grounding touch techniques during activated times of high stress.

Wow! Thank you πŸ™ Heidi! This S. O. S. Calming meditation is great! I frequently reminded myself that β€œIt’s okay not to be okay β€œ I love these short positive affirmations. I don’t normally include affirmations in my mindfulness mental health care. This was very affective. I think I may add positive affirmations to my healthcare regimen. Thank you again πŸ™βœ¨πŸ’›πŸ•ŠπŸ’«πŸ˜Œ

Anyone who wraps a puppy up in a blanket is well worth listening to 🐾β™₯️🐾 A short and reassuring meditation which has more impact on PSTD and gentle music. Like a quick dose of comforting medicine. Thankyou. πŸ™πŸ½

Not gonna lie, half of the reason I clicked on this was the picture of the dog wrapped in a blankey! That said, I ended up getting a lot out of it. I'm not cptsd triggered right now, but I'm going to come back to this one, if/when I am. Thank you.
