Hi everyone,

Megan here from Libra Living Wellness Limited for another video of Libra Living Liberations.

Uh,

I tried starting this video three times.

So let's go for it.

I'm going to talk about today or what i wanted to talk about today is um look at my notes here pause moments so and what i mean by that i think people can kind of think of okay yeah i can guess what she's going to talk about but just remembering to take time out of your day out of your week to just pause pause and be grateful for things around you because life can get busy as we all know and we're just constantly go go go go go and we don't take those moments to pause and just even if just for a few minutes,

But to pause and say,

I'm so grateful for the things that I have.

In my life.

And especially with.

To me,

When the weather's nicer and it's really nice out and the temperature's like perfect,

That's when I find myself.

Having those pause moments even more so um because like it just you know you're feeling good with the sun out um but you know of course we should also remember to do that you know,

Any time of the year.

But my hope and wish for everyone is to remember to pause.

Just take a moment to slow down.

Even if it's just for a few minutes.

And show gratitude for the things that you have in your life right now.

Because I think by doing that,

It kind of also helps us to reset because if we're constantly going,

Going,

Going and not.

Having those pause moments to kind of reboot ourselves.

You know,

It's can bring us down we can start feel even more chaotic and i feel like we start to get overwhelmed but when we remember to take those pause moments and just take a little breather then it helps us again to reset.

So remember to please take those pause moments in your life and show gratitude for what you have.
