Hi,

Megan here from Libra Living Wellness.

This is the first video entry for Libra Living Liberation.

I will not edit this video,

So you may see tears,

You may hear sounds in our building,

But I really want these videos to kind of be real and raw and personable.

For this video,

I want to share a journal entry with you from November 4th.

I kind of want to share it with you.

I may start crying,

Just beware.

But just kind of stuff that I've been kind of going through.

I'm so excited about all the possibilities that are in front of me.

I've come such a far way but still have a ways to go.

I know forever be growing and learning.

And I think that it's an awesome thing we get to experience.

Although at times it can be extremely hard,

Challenging and difficult.

We have to choose to look at the good that will come out of it.

I'm ready for such a major shift,

A change,

An awakening,

I will say.

I'm ready to take the leap and experience success and embrace the craziness and excitement of it all.

Even though I still have doubts and fears and need some work on my mindset,

I can feel the excitement of what is yet to come and look ahead with excited anticipation.

I have so much more stored inside that I want to share,

Helping others,

Supporting others and also learning from others.

I don't always notice it,

But I am guided to the right things.

We all are.

We just have to be open to it and allow ourselves to see the opportunities that are in front of us.

We have to learn to trust our inner guidance,

Our intuition that we will choose what is right for us.

If something doesn't work out,

See it as a learning opportunity to try something else.

Everything we do is leading us down a path.

We may not know exactly where it is we are going.

And we may take a wrong turn or go down a wrong path.

Every once in a while,

But if we listen to that inner voice,

Our true selves,

The truest selves we are meant to be.

The path will start to become clearer.

It will be lit up sometimes with flashing lights and signs saying this way.

We just have to choose to listen.

And I wrote this kind of.

As an inspiration to myself because I was having a hard time.

You know,

Getting through things feeling a little bit down feeling like Things were never going to happen.

And a lot of times I have to give myself a pep talk.

And I think we all have to do that sometimes and give ourselves a pep talk and not let ourselves fall down the hole of negativity.

I'm sorry my voice is shaking because I feel emotional about it.

And I think that's something that.

Can be challenging and it's hard for people to do sometimes and people fall into that negative or negativity.

Hall.

And sometimes it's really hard to get out of,

But if we can build healthier habits and that's what we reliving wellness is all about.

And learn how to get ourselves out of that negativity hole,

Have some positive self-talk or some positive techniques in place to get us get ourselves out of that.

And it's okay to feel that we're human.

It's okay to feel down or feel depressed and are sad or feel.

Low that we're not going anywhere.

It's okay to feel those feelings.

Allow yourself,

Give yourself time,

But remember to pick yourself back up and take action and move forward because if you stay in that negativity hole it's just going to bring you further down but if you can lift yourself up see the possibilities that they're endless in front of you you can start to believe that you can do amazing things Again,
