It just happened that I was going through a flood in my home that devastated much of it while I was taking this course. The lessons here were so helpful in keeping me from overthinking all that needed to be done and projecting into where things might end up. others around me benefited when I kept sharing the metaphors from the lessons here too. I think I might do this course a second time just to help them find purchase in my lifetime habit of overthinking things. Can’t recommend this course highly enough for us overthinkers

I enjoyed listening to you Clare. I like that is a practical way of looking at overthinking & not trying to fix it. Throughout the duration of this course I have been telling myself in a kind way to "put it down" whenever I caught myself in an overthinking loop.
