COURSE
With Clare Downham
If your mind feels busy and relentless, if you’re exhausted from circling the same thoughts again and again, this course is here to offer something quieter and gentler. A new way to be with your thoughts, and yourself. Many high-achieving, sensitive people experience periods of intense overthinking. Not because there’s something wrong with them but because their minds are trying to help in the only way they know how. This course offers a soft, steady space to explore what happens when we stop trying to fix our thoughts and instead begin to see them differently. Through gentle insight, embodied awareness, and teachings rooted in the 3 Principles, you’ll start to experience moments of calm clarity that don’t require effort or control. Together, we’ll look at why overthinking feels so personal, and how it’s actually a universal habit of the mind. You’ll learn to recognize the signs of mental spiralling without fear, meet self-judgment with compassion, and notice what naturally arises when your mind settles on its own. This course may be especially supportive if: • You feel stuck in cycles of anxiety or indecision • You’re tired of trying to “manage” your thinking • You crave clarity but feel disconnected from your inner wisdom • You’re navigating stress or burnout and long for a gentler rhythm You won’t need to journal, track progress, or achieve anything. All that’s required is a willingness to listen to your experience, to your body and to what’s already here beneath the noise. You may find yourself exhaling more deeply. Thinking less urgently. Remembering what it feels like to be steady and whole without fixing a thing. If that feels like the kind of space you’re ready to step into, you’re warmly invited to begin.
