You will begin your journey by diving deep within yourself to reflect on how outside stressors impact your ability to cultivate mindfulness. With help from guided meditations, you will use tools such as self-awareness and the power of your breath to explore living in the present moment. By using these lessons and mindfulness exercises to help you view the world through a new lens of compassion and gratitude, you will be encouraged to acknowledge and savor all the beauty you often miss during your day-to-day life. The world around you may change the thoughts and emotions you experience, but your thoughts and emotions can change how you experience the world.
