It's no secret that our demanding jobs, busy schedules, and "hustle culture" can prevent us from maintaining our inner calm amidst life's chaos, but with this 10-day meditation course, you will receive a gentle yet powerful reminder that changing your outer world begins with transforming (or changing) your inner world. You will begin your journey by diving deep within yourself to reflect on how outside stressors impact your ability to cultivate mindfulness. With help from guided meditations, you will use tools such as self-awareness and the power of your breath to explore living in the present moment. By using these lessons and mindfulness exercises to help you view the world through a new lens of compassion and gratitude, you will be encouraged to acknowledge and savor all the beauty you often miss during your day-to-day life. The world around you may change the thoughts and emotions you experience, but your thoughts and emotions can change how you experience the world. Meet your Teacher

Deborah D’cruz is a Search Inside Yourself Certified Teacher, delivering the transformative corporate mindfulness program developed at Google. She is also an accessible yoga instructor and meditation teacher who loves a good book, long walks in nature, and great conversation. By marrying her professional experience with ancient mind-body practices, Deb is honored to encourage modern individuals to transform their inner and outer worlds - one breath at a time.

We are often our harshest critics. In today’s lesson, we will learn to love ourselves for who we are, and by practicing a RAIN of Self-Compassion, we will begin laying the foundation we need to become our own best friend during difficult times.
